Our Company
Canefields Eco Products Singapore Pte Ltd was established in 2006 with the sole purpose of introducing sugarcane waste office/copy paper,printing papers and stationery products in Singapore thus reducing the reliance on wood based paper from our global forest reserves. Our product was immediately recognized as an eco friendly alternative fibre paper and was endorsed by Singapore Environmental Council under a new category called Sustainable Alternative Fibre Paper.
Since then it has been taken up and embraced by Government Agencies such as National Environment Agency, Public Utilities Board, People's Association, Newater, Energy Market, Singapore Zoo, Jurong Bird Park, etc. and corporations like Pfizer Asia Pacific, Hitachi Storage, System Silicon Manufacturing, B.P.Singapore, Datacraft, Lexmark, United World College, Canadian Int'l School, local councils, primary schools and many offset printing firms.
We are pleased to see the above organisations playing an active role towards climate change by reducing the impact on the global forest reserves. We hope,you will join our extended eco family to assist to conserve our forest reserves for our children and the generations to come.
Canefields Australia, Canefields New Zealand, Canefields USA and Canefields Singapore are working in conjunction with TNPL Paper Mill to produce 400,000 metric tonnes of environmentally friendly papers annually.
Certified as an alternative fibre paper by Singapore Enviro council with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, TNPL is the largest environmentally friendly bagasse based integrated paper mill in the world who are committed to manufacturing eco friendly paper from bagasse (sugarcane waste) thus conserving more than 60,000 acres of forest land every year.
